Double Layer Boutique Bow Better! (video)
If you're making boutique bows with Rabom, you know there's 100 ways to make them! Last week we made a version of this but we're thinking it needed longer loops - we were right! This cutie is 28 inches of 1.5 Grosgrain! Also, to debulk our center, we're using upholstery thread instead of a zip tie although we must say, missing that zip tie! It makes such clean work of creasing! But when you're layering ribbon, sometimes it can be too bulky.
MATERIALS:
- 1 x 28 inches of 1.5 inch Printed Grosgrain (top layer)
- 1 x 28 inches of 1.5 inch Solid Grosgrain (inner layer)
- Upholstery thread
- 3/8 inch center for knot
- Covered alligator clip
- Glue gun
- Scissors
- Lighter
