Fall Bow Headband
It's official! Fall is here! Grab a cup of hot apple cider and head to your craft room! It's time to make an adorable fall bow headband!
For this headband what's more fitting than using our adorable hot cider gingham ribbon! Paired with yellow gold solid grosgrain, it's a perfect fall combo!
To get started, gather your supplies:
- 2" piece of 3/8" grosgrain ribbon
- 5 yard spool of matching 7/8" grosgrain ribbon
- 1 yard 1.5" printed ribbon
- rounded headband
- zip tie
- scissors
- glue gun
Start your headband by gluing one end of your 7/8" solid ribbon to the very bottom inside of your headband and wrap diagonally around until you come to the other end. Try to keep it tight so the ribbon doesn't stick up! Cut the excess ribbon off and glue the end to the inside of the headband.
Cut your 3/8" piece to be about 4" long. Start by gluing one end to the back of your bow. Place the bow onto the headband where you want it to sit and use a dab of glue to hold it in place. Then wrap the rest of the ribbon all the way around the headband and glue it to the underside of the headband.
